- 3 onions, peeled and grated
CHESTNUT AND SAGE STUFFING
- 200g butter
- 2 onions, medium, peeled and diced
- 300g cooked chestnuts, finely chopped
- a small bunch sage, a small bunch
- 100g fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and grated
- 200g good quality sausage meat
